Today, a group of us rode up Mt. Soledad. http://www.virtuallajolla.com/mt_soledad.htm It’s a 1.5 mile, 10% average grade (one sign said 15%) climb to get to the top. Basically, we went up a right triangle – except side B, not the hypotenuse. Great view at the top.
